From the Grey Zone presentation: Very early transport (after the 1st analysis) is to be considered in cardiac arrest when the suspected cause for arrest is potentially treatable by IN-HOSPITAL means.  Getting these patients to definitive care that cannot be provided pre-hospital is of utmost importance.  Examples include hypothermia, airway obstruction, suspected PE, non- opioid medication overdose/toxicology.
