Kristen, your actions when noting a submerged car 60 feet offshore, seeing a moving patient in distress, and donning the appropriate PFD utilizing a rescue rope to partake in a water rescue with the OPP truly exemplifies everything this award is about. You were able to rapidly extricate the patient and provide continuous care on the way to the hospital. As a result of this exemplary work, SWORBHP is honored to name you this year’s recipient of the Medical Director’s Award of Excellence!
