We are in the process of transitioning to a new quality assurance (QA) platform. We will be releasing more information about the new platform shortly.
As part of this transition, we will be phasing out IQEMS in several stages , starting with self-reports. We have established an interim process for self-reporting until our new QA platform is fully operational.
Effective Monday September 30th, paramedics will submit self-reports using our new self-report form. Please take a moment to update any bookmarks with the new link.

Additionally, paramedics will continue to have the option to self-report via our self-report hotline.
