Are we still withholding EPI in bronchoconstriction for greater than 50 year old patients? It’s not in the protocols to but I remember the memo from Feb 2021 saying to withhold it.  

This direction was in place during the COVID-19 Considerations, due to the loosening of the Conditions for IM Epi. Now that the COVID-19 Considerations are removed, you return to utilizing the Medical Directives as published. However, the risk vs benefit of any medication should be considered.
