Do you recommend a c-collar in patients with SGA or ETT in order to help prevent tube displacement?

SWORBHP endorses paramedics utilizing resources to assist with securing the advanced airway.  There are various means by which an advanced airway can be secured and will leave this to your clinical judgement to decide. We do advocate that once an advanced airway is secure, it is important to remember to confirm placement after every movement. Waveform capnography is the gold standard to ensure the advanced airway has not become displaced.
