On our ACRS, when we have rhythm interpretation and if we are unsure of what the rhythm is, is it okay to leave it blank?

If you are unsure of what the rhythm is, please provide your best interpretation. You may include within your documentation your uncertainty, any pertinent clinical features (i.e. patient movement producing artifact, atypical features, etc.) and relevant rationale for your decision(s).
