Question:

Is it considered an Inferior STEMI if only II, aVF are presenting with ST elevation as they are technically not contiguous?

Answer:

II, aVF as limb leads are considered anatomically contiguous.  Therefore, elevation in both of these leads, in the correct clinical circumstance, is considered an Inferior STEMI.
