Question: Can you clarify for medications down the ETT (is it only referring to Cardiac Drugs?) : if use of ventolin admin via MDI & BVM in pre-arrest /unconscious state, can follow-up doses with ventolin be administered down ETT post intubation?

ALL endotracheal medications (including Ventolin and the Cardiac Drugs) should be withheld per The March 20th, 2020 OBHG Memo for Considerations for Paramedics Managing Patients with Possible COVID-19 (view here). The ventilation circuit should remain closed to prevent aerosolization of COVID-19. Administration of medications requires the circuit to be opened.
