Question:

Question: When administering Ketorolac, is it required that the medication is diluted prior to administration?

Answer:

Thanks for the question.  The current teaching supported by the SWORBHP Medical Council is that Toradol can either be given diluted or not and is up to the discretion and comfort level of the Paramedic.  Different services adhere to different dilution practices as the teaching is either/or.
