Question:

Can you give gravol to a normally altered (Alzheimers) patient?

Answer:

Dimenhydrinate administration under the Nausea/Vomiting Medical Directive carries a Condition of the patient being unaltered.  Per the Preamble of the ALS-PCS under Age and Vital Signs, the word unaltered refers to a GCS that is normal for the patient (i.e. this may be a GCS <15 in certain patients).
