For the modified valsalva manoeuvre the patient must be normotensive. If we bolus and correct the hypotension are we able to then attempt the manoeuvre? 

If the patient requires intervention, via IV Fluid bolus, to become normotensive, they do not qualify for the Valsalva Maneuver. Please see the Ask MAC from May 21, 2020 regarding medication administration and patient vital signs falling outside of the parameters.
