Application Support Associate
The Application Support Associate (ASA) supports the SWORBHP team in the facilitation and delivery of educational & quality assurance opportunities for the paramedics in the region and supports and coordinates specific technical application activities that ensure the maintenance of paramedic certification information and quality assurance/auditing. The ASA identifies system issues and provides recommendations on strategies for improvement regarding technical. They also provide administration maintenance and front-end technical support for the SWORBHP Learning Management and Quality Assurance Systems as well as other internally developed applications. The ASA also assists with the coordination of special events and program initiatives including the program newsletter, annual report and paramedic awards.
