Director

The Director is responsible for managing and leading the Regional Base Hospital program and the integrated programs within the Southwest Centre for Prehospital Medicine.  The director ensures the delivery of quality services, medical direction, and advice paramedics in the region.  The director represents London Health Sciences Centre and Southwestern Ontario on a provincial level and ensures the medical direction provided by the Regional Medical Director is followed and implemented from a legal, educational, and medically appropriate view to support pre-hospital emergency health care services.

Bio: Sue joined SWORBHP in October of 2013 as the Regional Program Manager. Her educational background includes a BScN from Queen's University and a Master's of Health Studies in Leadership from Athabasca University. She is a Greenbelt in Six Sigma, has certification in Lean, and is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
